Venus defeated her sister Serena in straight sets
7-5, 6-4 for the 2008 Wimbledon ladies’ singles title.
Both players displayed a good tennis performance Venus
did better on a few crucial points and was more
stable during the match. Serena displayed high-quality
tennis, but couldn't keep the high level long enough
to keep up with her sister.
