As like Art Modell, now LeBron is the second man most hated by Cleveland fans. (Art Modell was the owner of the Cleveland Browns) I think it's their own fault. The King wanted a Championship, plane and simple. The Cavaliers had their chance to put together a winning team, they just tried. That was not enough. Or you do, or you don't do, their is nothing accomplished if you "try" to put together a winning team. That was what the Cavaliers did. OK, their might say the "salary cap". That's Bull dodo, The Celtics have three star players, The Bulls had their team in the 90s. The Cleveland Cavaliers had 7 years to get it together. The man was leaving his life on the court for the "team". But was the team backing him up? No. It was time to move on. That said, we also have to accept that this is a business. Like in the case of Art Modell. The city didn't, or couldn't give him a new stadium, so he moved to Baltimore, simple as that. It would of been very sad to see LeBron get hurt, and never accomplish is life long dream of a Championship. Then he will fall into the "shoulda, woulda, coulda" label for the rest of his life. Just ask, Dan Fouts, Jim Kelly, Dan Marino, Patrick Ewing, Reggie Miller,Karl Malone, Charles Barkley, Dominique Wilkins, John Stockton, Chris Webber, Elgin Baylor, Pete Maravich, Tim Hardaway, Adrian Dantley, Alex English, Bernard King, Bob Lanier, George Gervin, Lenny Wilkens, Chris Mullin and the list goes on and on! It would of been unfair, for Lebron, who has captivated and WOWed us over the years to see him walk away from the game that he loves without a ring like the list above; don't you think?. Get over it Cleveland, you've had your chance man.
